Request Account Deletion
We understand that sometimes you may need to delete your account and associated data.
To request your account deletion, please send an email to support@uoso.app with the following information:
- Email Address: This helps us identify your account accurately.
- Reason for Deletion (Optional): Sharing your reason helps us improve our services.
- Confirmation: Please type “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the email body to confirm your request.
Important:
- Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
- If you are a UOSO partner, your login will no longer work.
- This process may take up to 5 days to be completed.
- We will send you a confirmation email once your deletion request is processed.

If you would like to have specific data associated with your account deleted, even if you wish to keep your account active, send an email to support@uoso.app with the following information:
- Email Address: This helps us identify your account accurately.
- Specific Data Type(s) to Delete: Please be as specific as possible about the data you want removed. Include details like categories, types of information, or specific identifiers.
- Reason for Deletion (Optional): Sharing your reason helps us improve our services and comply with any relevant regulations.

- Deleting specific data may impact your use of certain features within the app.
- This process may take up to 5 days to be completed.
